Ingredients
- 1-2 lb. chicken
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c lime juice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 T gelatin
- 6 limes
- fresh pepper
- mint for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Put garlic over chicken. Add lime juice. Marinate for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Put on standing rack. Bake, basting with leftover juices. Bake 10 minutes at 450 then for 45 minutes at 345.
Sauce:
Add gelatin to chicken broth. grate lime. Add grated lime, add more lime juice to sauce. Pour over chicken
