Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweeten Condensed milk
  • 2 cups vanilla or white chips
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Dash of Salt
  • 3/4 Cup English toffee chips & bits
  • 1/8 tsp. Rum extract - (I did not )
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Frosting
  • Green food coloring

Step 1


Line a 8 X 8 in. glass baking pan with foil and spray it all with cooking spray.

In a med. size pan. Combine the milk and the chips. Cook over low heat until the chips melt.
Add the Butter and Salt - stir until smooth.

Remove from the heat and stir in the Toffee bits. Pour into the
prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Using the foil remove from the pan . cut into squares -( 1 inch. squares)
In a small seal able plastic bag, put in the frosting and the green food color.
Cut a corner to make a small hole in the bag. Pipe the icing until the
squares. to look like a shamrock.
