Mu Shu-Style Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 2/1 /2 - 3 pounds boneless chicken, skinned
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 -7 to 8 inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
- Sliced green onions

Step 1
1. Place chicken pieces on baking sheet sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine the water, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, cayenne, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken in cooker. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven till chicken is no longer pink about 30 minutes.
2. Transfer chicken to cutting board, reserving cooking juices. Using two forks pull chicken apart into shreds. Return chicken to baking sheet and juices and heat through in a warm oven
3 in 350 degree oven. Wrap tortillas tightly in foil heat in oven for 2 to 5 minutes or until warm and soft.
4. To serve, spread each tortilla with 1 to 1 1/4 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce. Using a slotted spoon, divide chicken amount tortillas, placing chicken in center of each tortilla. Top with broccoli slaw, Roll up. Serve with green onions.
