Step 1
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove with chef's tongs and place in an ice bath immediately.
Tip: Place them on their side on a mini muffin pan. (On their side so the yolks stay in the middle)
Can do 1 or 24 it's the same temp and time. Very easy to peel!
