Ingredients
- 25 whole wings or thighs (about 5lbs)
- 2 1/2 cup hot and spicy ketchup
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cut wings into 3 section, discard tips.
Place chicken in greased baking pans. bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes.
Drain, turn over and cook another 25-30 minutes.
meanwhile, in large saucepan combine the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
reduce heat and simmer uncovered 25-30 minutes.
Drain chicken and place in crockpot.
pour sauce over chicken, stir.
cook on low 3-4 hours.
stir before serving.
