Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. red chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to375
Mix all ingredients with scooped out avocado.
Place avocado halves on a baking sheet and stuff with mixture.
Put grated cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with home made tortilla chips.
