- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 2/3 cups very warm water
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded or shaved

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, & salt in a large bowl or use a stand mixer. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil & water, mixing until well combined.
Spread dough in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover & let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, push multiple holes into the dough. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over dough. Sprinkle with garlic, cheese, & Italian herb seasoning. Cover & let rise an additional 15 minutes while oven preheats to 375°F.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly & cut into slices or squares. Serve alone, with ranch dressing, or balsamic olive oil mixture for dipping.
