(EX: 1 CUP QUINOA TO 2 CUPS WATER)
BRING TO A BOIL.
COVER WITH LID AND SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES.
FLUFF WITH A FORK
BEST IF SOAKED IN WATER OVERNIGHT - COVER QUINOA WITH ENOUGH WATER TO 1" ABOVE PLUS 1 TBSP OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
IN MORNING DRAIN TO BARELY 1 CENTIMETER ABOVE GRAINS, BRING TO BOIL, PUT LID ON, TURN TEMP DOWN TO LOW & STEAM FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LEAVE LID ON FOR ADDITIONAL 5 TO 10 MINUTES FOR EXTRA FLUFFINESS
