Ingredients

  • 3 lb Rump Roast
  • half of a 10 oz Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
  • Juice from half of a 10 oz Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 ) Onion, chopped (med or large)
  • 1 ) Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 ) Garlic head, de-skin & cut into slivers
  • 1 ) can of Beer, any kind
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut slits in Roast and insert 1 sliver of garlic into each slit--do as much garlic as you desire.

Put Roast in slow cooker and put rest of ingredients on top.

Cook: Low/Medium 6 to 7 hours or High 3 to 4 hours

Can also put in a dutch oven and cook in oven, 3.5 to 5 hours

Great as meat alone or on buns with Horseradish sauce
