
Ingredients
- 3 lb Rump Roast
- half of a 10 oz Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
- Juice from half of a 10 oz Jar of Pepperoncini Peppers
- 1 ) Onion, chopped (med or large)
- 1 ) Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 ) Garlic head, de-skin & cut into slivers
- 1 ) can of Beer, any kind
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil

Preparation
Step 1
Cut slits in Roast and insert 1 sliver of garlic into each slit--do as much garlic as you desire.
Put Roast in slow cooker and put rest of ingredients on top.
Cook: Low/Medium 6 to 7 hours or High 3 to 4 hours
Can also put in a dutch oven and cook in oven, 3.5 to 5 hours
Great as meat alone or on buns with Horseradish sauce
