Decadent Mac & Cheese
By Jahel
This Mac & Cheese recipe uses 3 different types of cheeses which might seem like a bit much but is necessary to create this decadent dish. The Gruyere adds complex flavors, the cheddar adds a nice tangy taste and the American cheese add the perfect ooey-gooeyness you'd expect from a great mac and cheese dish. Enjoy!
