Lemon & Dill Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- Red potatoes (you determine servings, washed and patted dry)
- Lemon EVOO
- Dill EVOO
- Salt/pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drizzle Lemon EVOO in a roasting pan.
2. Place potatoes in the pan and drizzle Lemon EVOO AND Dill EVOO over potatoes. Turn potatoes with clean hands so all potatoes are coated.
3. Sprinkle with salt/pepper.
4. Roast potatoes at 375F for about 50 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.
