Sugar cookies

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup veg. Oil
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups + 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tarter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together eggs, oil, butter, sugars and vanilla - set aside. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tarter - add to other ingredients. Chill if possible. Make into small balls and roll in sugar, flatten with cup. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
