Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. boiling vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and vinegar in double boiler. Stir in butter and add cream, onion and seasonings. Add to hot peeled potatoes, then chill.
