Ingredients

  • 2 -8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cans of crescent rolls
  • 1 small bag of broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix (produce section), chopped finely
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded colby/jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Start by unrolling crescent dough and pressing seams together in the bottom of an 11 x 15 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
Blend cream cheese, mayo, and ranch packet together.
Spread on cooled crust.
Sprinkle veggies evenly all over.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and press down.
Chill for an hour or two.
Cut into squares to serve.
