Ingredients
- 1-2 lb. chuck
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire

Step 1
Dredge beef in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in oil. Add remaining ingrediants. Simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.
