Ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1 7/8 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 c. frozen corn (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Fill greased muffin tins or 8x8” pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly and cut.
