Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread

So easy and everyone thinks you've worked all morning to make this delicious breakfast treat! Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread is perfect for brunch, or anytime you deserve something special.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (or to your liking)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and roll into a ball. Place them in the bottom of a pan. I like to use a bundt pan, but a bread loaf pan works, too.

Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon and toss with the rolled cinnamon roll pieces.

Melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar. Pour over the cinnamon roll mixture in your pan.

Bake at 350°F for about an hour. Check at about 45 minutes to see how it is doing.
