Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 7 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 6 ounces high quality blue cheese, crumbled

Step 1

Mix the spices into the vinegar, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Combine with sour cream and mayonnaise. Thin dressing with buttermilk. Stir in the blue cheese and let the dressing sit overnight.

Refrigerate. Dressing is fresh when stored one week in fridge, if it lasts that long!
