No Bake Balls of Energy

Ingredients
- 1/2 C walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 C dried cherries
- 2 T ground flax meal
- 1 1/2 C rolled oats
- 1/2 C coconut flakes
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/2 C peanut butter (melted)
- 1/2 C mini chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse nuts in blender or food processor
add cherries flax oats and coconut pulse until finely chopped
Transfer mixture to a bowl and add honey and peanut butter
Mix until incorporated add chocolate chips
Roll into balls
leave plain or roll in coconut flakes
Store in container in fridge
Enjoy when you like!
(You can also use dried dates or any other dried fruit to replace cherries)
