Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 28 ounces beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles (twisted/curly)
- 1/4 pounds cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Set the pot on sauté and heat. Add olive oil, ground beef, and onion. Saute until brown. Add soup and broth; stir to mix.
Add Worcestershire sauce then add noodles.
Lock the lid in place and press Manual for 5 minutes.
Quick release when timer beeps.
Add sour cream and cream cheese; stir until mixed and enjoy.
