Easy Oreo Cream Pie

Quick and easy dessert with instant pudding, Cool Whip, chocolate Oreo cookies, and a store bought Oreo pie crust.

Ingredients

• 1 store bought Oreo pie crust
• 15-16 chocolate Oreo cookies, divided
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 (4-serving size) box white chocolate instant pudding mix
• 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Crush 12 of the cookies, either in a ziptop plastic bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick (1-2 minutes). Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the Cool Whip. Fold in the crushed cookies.

Pour mixture into the pie crust and spread out.

Crush 3 or 4 more cookies and garnish top of pie. Chill several hours.

Drizzle each slice with chocolate syrup, if desired, and serve.
