Spinach-Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of baby spinach
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 2 boiled egg, chopped or sliced
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together spinach, mushrooms and egg. Wisk together remaining ingredients as a dressing.
