  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 ears of corn, husks and silks removed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the grill to high. In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, butter, salt & pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Tear off 12 pieces of aluminum foil to wrap the individual ears. Place 1 corn ear on a sheet of foil and baste with the maple butter mixture, then lightly wrap foil around it. Repeat with all ears. Place corn on the grill and close the cover.

Step 3

After 4 minutes give the corn a quarter turn and close the cover. Repeat three times, until all four sides have been grilled (a total of 16 minutes) unwrap and enjoy!
