Ingredients
- 8 ozs uncooked small pasta shells (about 2 2/3 c)
- 1 lb peeled & deveined cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 c frozen peas, thawed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
- 1 c mayo
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 T snipped fresh dill
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain; rinse with cold water & drain again.
In lg bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, peas, green onions & parsley. MIX remaining ingredients; stir into pasta mixture. Refrigerate covered, at least 2 hrs.
