Ingredients
- Salad:
- 4 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice - more to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- small red onion - thinly sliced
- 1 English cucumber - chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
- 1 cup kalamata olives - halved or whole
- 15 oz garbanzo beans - one 15 oz. can, drained and rinsed
- 2/3 cup feta cheese - crumbled

Mix dressing ingredients and top on salad when ready to serve.
