Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground allspice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients & whisk together OR pulse in a small food processor until combined.
(Food processor wakes up those spices if they have been sitting in the cupboard for a while.) Store in a small jar or airtight container.
Makes about 5+ TBSP
