Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

1. Place egg yolks and lemon juice into blender. Blend at top speed until light yellow in color and frothy.

2. Open small disk on top of blender cover. Gradually pour in hot butter and continue beating at top speed.

3. Blend until thick and creamy and butter is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
