Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic (or 4 tbsp jarred minced garlic)
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 10 oz frozen/chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 10 oz container Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 C parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese

1. Mix all ingredients into a baking dish

2. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly
