- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cups walnuts or pecans

Step 1
preheat oven to 350F
in a bowl sift together dry ingredients
whisk together yogurt and sugar. add eggs and mix thoroughly. stir in the vanilla.
using a spatula, fold dry ingredients into yogurt mixture, do not over mix.
pour into a non-stick baking dish. can line with parchment as well.
bake 30-40 minutes. cool on wire rack. store in an airtight container.
