Ingredients
- oil to saute vegetables
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 1 +1/4 lbs. ground beef
- 1 +1/4 cups italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
lightly greased a loaf pan
preheat oven to 350F
in a skillet saute the onion, garlic and red pepper. add thyme and pepper flakes. saute 6 minutes.
in a large bowl, combine rest of ingredients, add vegetables and mix with clean hands.
place mixture into loaf pan, place loaf pan on a cookie sheet to catch spillover. bake 50-60 minutes. remove from oven, let sit 5 minutes before slicing and serving
