Breakfast Bowl

  • Found this is a magazine - but it sure is good. I make it for Dinner too.
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 8 Eggs Scrambled
  • 1 Pkg Hash Browns - Frozen Or Dried
  • 1 Lb Bacon and/Or Pork Sausage ---Add If You Like
  • 1 Pkg Cheese Tortellini Omit If You Like
  • 1 # Cheddar Cheese Grated - 2 1/2 Cups

Preparation

Step 1

1- in a lrg skillet melt the butter and scramble the eggs.~
2-in A lrg skillet cook the hash browns until golden brown.~
3-Cook the bacon and drain on paper towels - if you add sausage cook and
drain it too.~
4-Cook the tortellini - if you add 5- layer all the above in a large bowl - add the cheese.~
6- Melt the cheese in the Micro wave for about one minute and serve.
