- 1 granny smith apple
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wash and thinly slice unpeeled apple.
3. Place each fillet on a 12 by 12 inch square of foil.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cumin.
5. Top each with apple slices, salt and pepper.
6. Fold and seal packets, and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
