Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 cups rhubarb
• 4 cups strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add rhubarb and strawberries. Toss and let stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Make pie crust. Put filling in crust and dot with butter
Whip and egg yolk and brush on top of crust. Sprinkle with sugar
Bake for 35- 40 minutes.
