Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses- Ber Rabbit brand
- 1 egg
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Cream shortening and sugar. Add molasses and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Roll into balls;dip in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
