Ingredients
- Ribbon Filling one cup of one of the following:
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup water
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- finely chopped cookies
- finely chopped candy
- nuts
- miniature marshmallows
- peanut butter
- chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir chocolate with water over low heat until melted; cool.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 3-1/2 cups Cool Whip.
3. Spoon half of the mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with filling, pressing down gently. Spread remaining chocolate mixture carefully over filling. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
