- 3 tbs dried rosemary
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 tbs dried basil
- 3 tbs dried marjoram
- 3 tbs dried summer savory
- 3 tbs dried oregano
- 2 tbs dried thyme
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp dried lavender
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander

Step 1
Crumble rosemary and bay leaves between fingers into small bowl to break them into small pieces. Whisk in basil, marjoram, savory, oregano, thyme, fennel seeds, lavender, white pepper and coriander. Store in airtight jar.
