Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs small shrimp, shelled
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together eggs and milk.
Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
Dip shrimp in batter; remove and place in hot oil.
Fry at 375 degrees until crisp.
