Ingredients
- 3-3 1/2 lb beef brisket
- 1/2 cup Lambrusco wine
- 1 (1.5 oz) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (12 oz) bottle Heinz chili sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine it all in an accommodating roasting pan or baking dish. Seal in foil.
Let it bake without bothering it at 275F for 5 hrs.
During last hour, baste surface of the brisket in pan juices if you think of it.
Serves 4 to 6
