Ingredients
- 12 medium Brussels sprouts
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- White balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Quarter the Brussels sprouts and gently place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Roast in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with a splash of white balsamic vinegar
