Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups italian style breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsps. olive oil
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork chops and dry. Season with garlic powder and salt. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Dredge the chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with the bread crumbs. heat the oil in a med. skillet over med. heat. Brown the chops, then transfer to a baking dish 9x 13, and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. While baking, combine the soup, and milk in a med. bowl. After the chops have baked for the hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
