Creole mustard

Creole mustard is a spicy whole grain mustard with accents.
McCormick/Zatarains sells it but it may not be in your local grocery store.
If you can't find it this makes a reasonable substitute

Ingredients

• 6 tbls Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Tabasco sauce or hot sauce to taste (I use about 2 dashes)
