Ingredients
- 11/2 cup violet flower
- 150 ml water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp citric acid – powdered

Preparation
Step 1
Take off the flowers of the stalks, meanwhile bring to a boil the water with the sugar and citric acid. Reduce a little bit. Place in the flowers, boil for 2-3 minutes more, put a lid on and leave it for a half an hour. Then with a colander strain the flowers, squeeze and discard. After that reduce the liquid to ¾, pour in a little jar.
