Bulgur with Asparagus, Tunafish and Mango

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur
- 2 cups water
- salt
- 1-2 tsp grape seed oil
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chili
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 250 g asparagaus
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 mango
- salt and pepper
- 1 little bunch parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan bring to a boil the water with salt and oil. Take off the heat, pour in the bulgur, stir with a fork, put a lid on and put aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onion, garlic and chili. Stir well and fry a little. Cut the asparagus into 2 cm pieces, add to the pan with salt and pepper. Stir and fry for about 6-7 minutes. Add the tuna fish, brake into pieces with your spoon, stir well.
Take off the heat the pan and add mango cut into little cubes and roughly chopped parsley, stir well.
Meanwhile the bulgur absorbed all the water you can serve garnished with the asparagus-tuna-mango ragu.
