Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • 500 g wholegrain spelt flour
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 11 g dried yeast
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • On the top:
  • 500 g blackberries
  • 500 g blueberries
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 2 ek Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

For the dough warm the milk with butter and stir in the sugar and egg.
In a bigger bowl stir in the flour the yeast and salt pour in the warm milk and kneed briefly until smooth. Cover and set aside to rise for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface for the shape of the baking sheet and place in. Pull up the edges a little.
Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the dough with berries and spiced sugar, bake the tart for 50 minutes.
