Ingredients
- For 1 cup of plain yogurt:
- 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth

Make sour milk or sour cream by adding 2 to 4 teaspoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar per cup of milk or cream. Allow it to stand undisturbed for a few minutes so it can thicken before use
