Ingredients
- 1 pound yellow cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 red peppers, roasted, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonannise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne pepper dash of onion powde
- splash of hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mayonnaise: In food processor, pulse garlic, mustard, and vinegar. Add egg, salt and pepper, and whirl. While food processor is running, add olive oil in thin stream until mixture looks like mayonnaise.
Pimento Cheese; Grate cheese. add cream cheese to Mayonnaise, roasted red peppers and remaining ingredients. Last, add grated cheese and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate.
