Ingredients
- 1 cut-up chicken, or parts that you want.
- 1 8 ounce bottle nonfat, (or regular) Italian salad dressing
- 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced, peeled or not, into bite size pieces

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken in the dish and cover with dressing. top with onions and potatoes. Bake for about an hour, or until done
