Ingredients
- sauce
- 2/3 c butter
- 2/3 c flour
- 2 c. ckn broth
- 2 c. milk
- chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 whole cooked ckn or 3-4 ckn breast
- 1/2 c. green bellpepper
- 2-5 pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
cook chicken, save broth
have all other ingredients ready to go
melt butter, add flour and stir on low heat, add broth and milk, continue to stir till thick
add the chicken and other ingredients
serve over rice
