Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 1 +1/2 tsp. butter
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 milk or chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 6 bisquits (uncooked)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Coat 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet and saute onion until tender. In a bowl combine onion,chicken,soup, sour cream, and milk or broth. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese, arrange bisquits in a single layer on top and sprinkle remaining cheese. bake until bisquits are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly. about 20 minutes, serve hot.
