Basque Salad Dressing

NOTES : If you like the dressing chunky chopping the eggs fine is ok, but I don't like it so much so I put them in the blender and pulverized them.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 Eggs, Hard Boiled & Chopped Fine
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 Cups Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayo
  • 1/4 Cups Cider Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, mayonnaise and garlic in a 1 1/2 quart bowl. Mix in oil and then vinegar. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
